Refund policy
30-day returns
Not happy with your Ukola? You can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
What can be returned
Because shapewear is worn close to the skin, items must be:
- Clean, unwashed and free of odors, stains or damage
- In their original packaging, with tags attached
Items that don't meet these conditions may not be accepted.
How to start a return
- Email support@ukola.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- We'll reply with return instructions.
Please don't send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without approval can't be processed.
Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer. Original shipping charges are not refunded. We recommend a tracked shipping service, since we can't refund items lost on the way back to us.

Refunds
Once your return arrives and is checked, we'll email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
Wrong size?
Our sizes run small. Go by your waist, not your dress size. If you ordered the wrong size, email support@ukola.com and we'll help you get the right one.
Damaged or wrong item
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email support@ukola.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, including shipping.
Cancellations
Need to cancel? Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Once an order has shipped, it can't be cancelled, but you can return it under this policy.
