By placing an order on ukola.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, do not use this website or place an order.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Orders and Pricing
All prices are listed in USD. The Ukola Toddler Pillow is priced at $74.95 USD, regularly $150 USD. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.
4. Payment
Payment is processed at the time of order through our Shopify payment gateway. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Your payment information is processed securely and we do not store your full credit card details.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it ships by contacting support@ukola.com or calling +1 585 445 1311 during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm). Once an order has shipped, cancellation is not available. You may return the product under our Return and Refund Policy.
6. Product Description
We make every effort to display our product accurately, including images, descriptions, and specifications. However, we do not guarantee that colors, textures, or other details will appear exactly as shown on your screen. The product you receive may vary slightly from what is pictured.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on ukola.com, including text, images, logos, graphics, and design, is the property of Repeat Ethic LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our written permission.
8. Acceptable Use

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Repeat Ethic LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to your order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
