Can I breathe and sit in it?

Yes. Ukola isn't one tight piece. It has 3 sections that adjust on their own. Keep your lower belly firm and loosen the top so you can breathe easy.

The steel bones bend when you sit, so it won't dig in. If it ever feels hard to breathe, it's too tight. Loosen a row of hooks or size up.

Will it show under a fitted dress?

It lies smooth and flat, and the scalloped edges help it sit flat at the top and bottom.

Tip: wear Black under dark dresses and Nude under light ones. Wearing very thin satin? Try it on with your dress first.

Can I wear it on my wedding day?

Yes, that's what it's made for. Try it on with your dress a few times before the big day so you know your perfect hook setting.

Loosen a row before dinner if you like. Nobody will know.

How long can I wear it?

Love that I can adjust it
Works really well and definitely snatches you in, but what I love the most is that you can loosen or tighten each section depending on where you want more compression, so you don’t have to put the whole thing on the same hook if that makes sense. Like my upper stomach doesn’t need to be as tight so I use the first hooks there, but around my mid and lower stomach I use the 2nd and 3rd hooks because I like it tighter in those areas, and even with that it’s still comfortable and breathable. If you’re wondering whether to get it just buy it, you won’t regret it.

Y’ALL I’m actually pleasantly surprised with this so far. I’m 5’5” 154lbs and got a medium and it fits me perfectly, it’s comfortably tight without feeling like too much and the length is actually really good between my ribs and pelvis. I’ve worn it standing up and moving around and honestly barely thought about it, sitting down for a long time isn’t quite as comfortable but for going out or when I know I’ll be on my feet I really like it. Love how adjustable this is
I ordered a medium and I’m 155lbs and honestly it’s way more comfortable and stretchy than I expected, which actually fooled me at first because after like 10 minutes I realized I could tighten it more. I love that you can adjust each section separately too, so I can have one part tighter and another part looser depending on what feels good, and if you have a longer torso you can pull it down more. It gives me such a nice hourglass shape without everything having to be equally tight.
